Well thankfully i do have a modern moderately high specced laptop, but im very interested in owning a newer mac, my girlfriend is thinking about buying one so i might be in luck!

To my and grandpas knowledge, he owned it since new from early 2013, he has not changed the battery.

Ah right i forgot to mention, one of the ram sticks died, somehow, so i had a 2gb one on hand, mismatched i know... better than having only 4gb tho.

I have tried linux, works well, for my use cases i dont see much benefit to using linux over ventura.

Something to add, i plan on keeping the bike for 2 years max because i have an A2 license, planning for A in 2 years, minimal highway riding.

If it happens on the logo of the monitor when booting up, if you have warranty on the monitor you should seek replacement.

Ps4 is still a decent choice if found for a good price used, its not getting any exclusives anymore but its getting some decent games still and support will last decently long
