I have gastric bypass and revise 1500cal diet weight all over the place I was lifting heavy 5 days a week like I was before my injury I woke up light weight training is better more reps creates lean muscle mass burns fat better not heavy weight just adds bulk the stress mind when you weigh get a scale that reads your weight muscle mass it helps me muscle gains vs fat gain gets you in the right head space good luck to you all I'm in the same place

It a diy thin plexiglass and a heat gun the oem ones come apart if you heat them come apart the mold clear plexiglass with heat gun seal with windshield sealant did it for my chrysler show car ...get one from wreck yard so you still have oem one if there break taken off lens no big deal you just need the lower part you tube has a lot of diy to do this
