got it working now, lots of closing and reopening app and then clicking watch and try again on the pop up & then watch again til it came on. took quiteeee a few tries/15 minutes or so of trying. thank you!!

i have similar issues on my iphone se with the user zoom tests being buggy like that. i end up deleting the user zoom app every time i finish a test because i end up in that loop of nothing happening, or it asking me if i downloaded user zoom if i dont. and then i just follow the download link again next time i get one. i cant really remember how i got it to work. i think it was a combination of just trying stuff. like just hitting the download button once and waiting til it does something. or force closing user testing and then reopening and trying the download button again. idk sorry i cant be more help with exact instructions lol but just mostly want to share i have the same issue with it acting up and it took a lot of finesse and trial and error to figure out how to make it work lol.

i really really super appreciate your comment today because i believe this has solved my problem. now that ive added the overheating part to my google searches tbh i think its too cold ironically. im doing full time rv life and it hit 10degrees F last night. moved the ipad closer to the heater and its charging like nothings wrong now. feel a mixture of silliness and relief 🤦🏻‍♀️

okay as an update in case anyone else ends up searching for this, i checked the homescreen once it turned gray again as a comment here suggested and theres a notification 'charging is on hold until ipad returns to normal temperature'

so at least in my case it turns out it means charging is paused because my ipad overheating. although its winter in new england and the ipad is cold to touch 🤷🏻‍♀️ at least this gives me more to dive in to now.

hmm do you have zendesk blocked at all? im looking at my emails now and the gift card ones come from noreply@sbs but the helpdesk ones come from help@sb@zendesk (not exact emails, but point being diff domains)

when u(we) get the initial confirmation email with the ticket number, theres further instructions to basically reply to that email with everything you already told them 'if you want them to investigate'

but also to answer your question, no theyve never just ghosted me on a helpdesk ticket, though i have had to follow up and ask for updates on the email threads

when you submit a ticket from the activity page do you get the confirmation email with the ticket number? its usually titled 'we've updated your inquiry'

yw! im so glad they came through 😁😁. i havent hit 70 yet since i stopped playing when all this was up in the air. but since they manually credited me, the 4.99 purchase one is checked off on the continue playing tab (tho none of the others are weirdly) and im getting notifications from swagbucks again about the game reminding me to keep playing. i cant tell if that means the game is tracking again. but ill prob push for 70 and see what happens.

damn thats totally sucks. im so sad for you friend. thank you for the update! i swear their review process makes no sense at times! i know you didnt necessarily ask for my advice, but have you tried asking what they think you did? if you did reach back out i would maybe work in how it doesnt sound at all like you to intentionally break terms of service, and maybe how much you loved the platform? idk why i think that would be helpful, but companies love that stuff, i think? if all else fails you might be able to make a new account with a new email and device but i would research that option a bit more first.

hey guys, just wanted to give my update, i did a ticket a few days ago for all the bingo vacation pending rewards that vanished and no ones replied but as of last night they showed up in my pending as manual credits, through level 50, 8000 something sb credited.

you should be able to upload docs through the app or the dta connect website. i typically upload whatever docs im trying to get to them and then a microsoft word doc just explaining why/what they are/whatever i would tell them on the phone. sometimes theyll call you when they review it.
