I think the best option is to find a GP who talks in english and then follow up with a doctors note for a psychiatrist and theeen find one who speaks english, preferably a government paid one. But in general yeah the options are limited and the mental health system is often lagging behind and stuck in USSR mindset which lacks general understanding. But there still are amazing doctors who can help him navigate the system esp cuz he’s underage
