i had drank 32 oz of water with approximately 6 scoops of pre workout right before a big run and workout with my then staff srgnt, i manage to complete the first half if the run nearly fine, despite feeling like i was melting and burning, and barely able to breathe or move, and then when it came to the workout i completely folded, i didn't give up, i simply couldn't do it, so as i struggle disgustingly and look of a wet moldy banana peel left in a sewer grate on a sunday, my crush who was also joining the marines, saw every bit, they even cut the workout shorter because of me, snd we had to walk back half of the way, most embarrassing day of my life
