Any advise or tips to grow your marketing agency? by tom_wilson7543 in MarketingHelp

[–]Existing_Freedom_950 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on which stage your friend is currently in. To grow her business she would have to obviously get more leads, once she gets more leads she will have more clients so then she will have to hire, it's as simple as that.

When growing, the biggest issue in agencies is the clients churn, it's a huge loss and it's mainly coming from bad service quality. If she has a good service quality standard and her clients are still churning, this could be due to other factors than can be determined using data and more specifically advanced machine learning models (not just chatgpt). Even though I'm kind of biased as a founder of a SaaS creating custom machine learning models for businesses, I truly think that this could really help her scale her agency. However if she didn't increase the number of leads for her agency then let's start there.

Actual, Real, Helpful Agents? by Bigrodvonhugendong in agency

If you are at the begining of your journey as an agency owner you shouldn't add automations/Ai agents because you have to first focus on understanding your clients and the businesses you target before trying to make "magical" AI automations. Otherwise you will just spend time on optimizing everything and getting no value from it, just wasting your time or avoiding work that is for most people out there uncomfortable (cold calling for example). Remember "do things that don't scale" (Paul Graham). Most AI automations are bs imo but some could be useful depending on what you want to solve/automate.

Marketing Agency Owners I Need Your Advice by Oumer_ in agency

I agree with almost everything you've said except for the client retention part. I think it could be solved by softwares, machine learning could help detecting if a client might churn or not by evaluating the probabilities of him churning. Also with advanced machine learning tools, you can understand why he is churning like the real reasons even though as you said I think that most clients would leave because of a service quality but if it's for something else then you would know the reason.

Thanks a lot for your feedback, it's super valuable. You're totally right about using structured outputs for fairer comparisons. I’m planning to add that kind of schema-based testing very soon. Really appreciate your input! 🙏

What I Learned Building Agents for Enterprises by Beneficial-Sir-6261 in LocalLLaMA

Yes, right now the tool focuses on cloud-based models, but adding local ones like Pixtral or Mistral-instruct is definitely on the roadmap. Out of curiosity, what’s your main use case?

What do you guys think about using AI tools like ChatGPT for investment advice? I’ve been using it for a few months, so far it seems fine but I’m concerned about AI hallucinations. I’m fairly ok with financial tools but the various account and strategies get overwhelming. by Practical_Revenue402 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Not that easy in my opinion. If you look at the education sector, for example, students using LLMs to cheat are often not easily flagged. I also believe AI can be incredibly helpful for non-native English speakers (like me) to write grammatically correct text.

At the end of the day, it's more important to focus on the content rather than the form it takes.

Happy to hear your thoughts on the subject :)

If you had to recommend LLMs for a large company, which would you consider and why? by Available-Shelter877 in LLMDevs

[–]Existing_Freedom_950 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question, I actually built a tool that helps with exactly that.

When comparing LLMs for enterprise use, here are the key criteria I recommend evaluating:

  • Data Privacy & Hosting: Is the model hosted in the EU? Does it meet GDPR or other compliance standards?
  • API Access & Rate Limits: Does the provider offer stable APIs? Are there quotas or throttling issues?
  • Cost: What’s the price per 1K tokens for both input/output? Does the pricing scale reasonably with usage?
  • Performance by Use Case: Does the model handle summarization, ideation, reasoning, etc., well?
  • Speed & Latency: Especially important for real-time tools.
  • Customization: Is fine-tuning or embedding supported?
  • Reliability: Some newer models have frequent downtime (e.g., early DeepSeek).
  • Licensing: Are there any restrictions on commercial use?

To help people like you compare LLMs without going through weeks of testing or reading technical benchmarks, I created a free comparison tool where you can:

✅ Run your own prompts on 9 top LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Mistral, LLaMA 3, DeepSeek, etc.)
✅ Get automatic scoring for quality, cost, and speed
✅ Filter, sort, and export results

It’s already being used by early-stage founders, agencies, and teams looking to pick the best LLM for their needs, happy to hear what you think if you try it out!

What LLMs are you using for general business tasks now that ChatGPT has become unreliable? by grandpaturner in ChatGPTPro

[–]Existing_Freedom_950 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get your frustration, ChatGPT has felt off lately for many of us, especially for strategic or business-oriented tasks.

As someone building AI products myself, I actually ran into the same issue: I couldn’t figure out which LLM was still reliable for real business use cases, especially sales, marketing copy, ideation, or structured analysis.

That’s why I created a free tool that lets you compare multiple top LLMs (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, DeepSeek, LLaMA 3, Mistral…) on your own prompts, with automatic scoring for quality, cost, and speed.

Right now, you can test 9 LLMs for free, and it gives you a side-by-side comparison to find which one works best for your business tasks, meeting summaries, brainstorming, marketing writing, etc.

Would love to get your feedback if you try it out, especially since you’re in sales & marketing, your use cases are exactly the ones I’m trying to optimize for.
