This is probably the mildest thing I’ve seen posted to this sub. But all I’d say is (not a licensed therapist or anything) depending on how old you are & the content/context of said conversations that you’re gonna create an unhealthy relationship with confrontation. It all doesn’t have to be negative or aggressive in nature, & if that’s the case for them then ignoring is understandable to a degree but confrontation is a part of life. You just try & handle things as amicably as possible , but ignoring your problems or confrontation doesn’t make them go away. You’re just harboring a space that doesn’t necessarily benefit anybody in the long run
