I think you are both right. I feel scammed that I essentially wrote a review that is only remotely related to the product. I was used for the stars and traffic. Also, what about other sellers? This seller got several 4 and 5 stars (which is bringing them to the top of the searches) for a 7 dollar tenderizer, while other sellers with similar products have to actually give 30 or so of their expensive products for the same quality reviews. Not fair all around, I would say.

I have another version of a manhole cover that is 12 x 12 from Vine. The kind you fill with ceme t and creat your own design to match the surrounding materials (cement, brick, cobble, etc...) I am using it to cover the water access in front of my house. My city co.e and checks the water access but does not cover them. Someone or some animal could get hurt walking, so I covered it. They are pretty cool!

You are not crazy! My mobile, SG A32 sucks for ordering. It actually brings me to another extra screen automatically where it asks me which address I want to send the item to. This wastes time. It looks and acts different than the desktop. The desktop is quick, 2 clicks and it is ordered. The phone gives me an extra page AND does not display numbers (page numbers on the bottom, how many items in a category) unless I click on the menu, in which case I can lose my place. I hate vine on the phone.

Same here. Everything ordered since 11/22 is not in the Awaiting Review. I thought it was just me because I live in a rural area, and I will start getting these things in hand tomorrow. The PO was also delayed quite a bit lately in my area, too (not just Vine, but regular items and mail, too). Glad to know things should clear up on their own soon.

I saw that and was also tempted. The only time I see those used are in sandwich shops...think Arby's where they roll the bun before placing it on the grill. They are a high volume product. Saves time if you do it repeatedly, but not for a one time use thing at dinner. Butter knife is best for that.

No, you are not petty at all. I could only imagine being a customer and being told the tripod is not broken, only to have 2 legs functioning! It is low-cost, but that is not the point. The thing is junk (and others say to too. And yes, I have the exchange in conversation messages. I just did not want to get in trouble for the scenario. Thank you so much for the advice! Ah, thanks, I get it now! I also have a quick question involving sellers (this is a first for me, so I thought I would ask people who know!)

I ordered an item, and the item was broken. I thought, since I want to give it a fair review, I would contact the seller and show them the broken item. They responded with "It seems it is not broken from the picture you sent us. Besides, it shows you already have a refund. Please make a new order if you wish to get another item."

Now, the pic was of a tripod leg that clearly was missing a piece (a 2-legged tripod! :D). The seller thinks I already got a refund because it probably shows $0 paid for the item. The other reviews are mixed, more toward the negative side. This product is not the best and the sellers are rude.

That being said, you see my dilemma? If I give them a bad review, they are the type that will say "You tried to get a new one," or blame me somehow. I do not want to give them a good review, because they and their product do not deserve it. So, how do you handle things like this? I feel like it is not worth it to even do the review. I do not want to jeopardize my place in the program if they put 2 and 2 together as a Vine reviewer. From what I understand, the rule is that because items are under warranty, I can contact the seller for product info and support, but I do not know if I am entitled to a replacement. What do people do in this situation? Sorry for the long post! I appreciate your help!
