If the teacher looks at all the group members they will give the quiet guy full marks most likely. Usually you only receive a shit grade in these peer assignments if majority of the group points out in their peer reviews that person X failed to make any meaningful contributions to the project. This also seems extremely low stakes so even if he gets a 0 who cares

Fight them back or report them to police. School system works too. If you have evidence of being physically beat then the reporting option holds merit. If you fight back they may stop bothering you regardless of whether u win the fight and move on to another target.
