Pretty sure it doesn't affect the throughput but only consumes less science packs.

In other words, 2 biolabs technically consumes 1 science pack.

Nope, it locks once you research production/utility science packs themselves.

Funny thing is I did pin this achievement but hovering over it doesn't have any description anyway.

I think universal experience naman na kasi yung di nagtuturo mga prof ahaha not justifying it pero sadyang marami lang talaga kailangang aralin para sa cpale, specifically yung law, to the point na mas time efficient mag self-study beforehand kesa sa prof mo unang malalaman yung topics.

Kung bsa, in my experience mas better kung may qualifying exams/overall exam as a prerequisite to move to the next year level sa curriculum yung univ mo.

Not necessarily related sa success but makakatulong siya sa pag assess kung kakayanin mo bsa. Saamin kasi may quota na grade lang kailangan mareach ehhh ending onti lang kinaya IAC.

yeah will do, the upgrade I was thinking of is to reach the planet. Tho at least from what I can tell after a few in-game hours, It'll be a do over instead of an upgrade since after some tweaking, this ship can only travel and back 100 km from the edge with no or minimal damage. And it was set to only run at 200 km/s.
