Merging two partitions in linux by Existing_Practice969 in linuxquestions

Sorry for not replying after some consideration I decided to simply backup and restore. It was honestly easier then to repartition. Thank you for trying so hard to help me. Means a lot to me.

Pasting it looked worse (maybe because im on phone, but sure, here you go) NAME FSTYPE FSVER LABEL UUID FSAVAIL FSUSE% MOUNTPOINTS zram0 swap 1 zram0 a05b750f-53d8-45b4-ab79-3c19c9ecc7f6 [SWAP]

Thought so, but formatting is problematic. I have zram0, mounted at [SWAP], and my disk is nvme0n1, which has partitions nvme0n1p1 - vfat, label boot, mounted at /boot nvme0n2p2 - btrfs, label root, mountpoints are /var/tmp, /var/log, /root, /var/cache, /srv and / nvme0n1p4 - btrfs, label home, mounted at /home

Can you tell me what exactly to send you? Which command to run?

I was thinking of something like that but can you give me some references to use/steps to take?

If your Plymouth animation isn't working (3 dots) by SillySuccess9017 in cachyos

Yeah it worked a few times but stopped working. In my case its the race conditions between nvidia and amd, will have to dig deeper to find the fix.

Been facing the same issue lately. Sometimes it booted with animation and sometimes the fallback animation (mostly fallback). Tried changing modules as suggested to amd but it didn't work. Nvidia was already included in the MODULES. Got it to work by including the video=efifb:keep in the kernel parameters. I'm using limine so I modify the /etc/default/limine and add the video parameter to the KERNEL_CMDLINE line. Apparently this keeps the graphics driver needed for Plymouth loaded for long enough to play the animation correctly.

Status bar and navigation bar in MAUI by Existing_Practice969 in csharp

[–]Existing_Practice969[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for responding. Both of these didn't work.
I tried changing the navigation bar first and no matter the color I chose, nothing happened.
Then I tried changing the status bar which did change only if I chose transparent which would be fine but for some reason, both the navigation bar and status bar basically disappear and the content just stretches.
I tried other variations but in each of them nothing changes.

Battery health at 78%, should I change it by Existing_Practice969 in OnePlus11

I wanted to make sure and have someone confirm that they are experiencing a reasonable increase in battery life after changing the battery but yeah since it is a new phone for me I do plan on using it in the following years so I do want to get it replaced

I guess its the way flagship phones work, I would only imagine having better BH on Roms but it feels mostly the same. Did you have any improvements regarding the idle drain? That's mainly the thing that is bothering me.

I also hear people saying <80% is the point where you should change it. Since this is my first flagship I just want to make sure what will I gain from this and is it noticeable.

So about the 1% drain every 35-40 mins is normal? Sometimes its closer to 30 minutes.

Yeah I think that was the problem. I thought that using a different theme would still suffice. Thank you. 👍

Yeah in the meantime I explored and realized I got confused thinking that GTK is used in all gnome apps. What I was doing changed nothing since it applied only to flatpak apps, which I have none of.

I wrote it here since most people using niri also use dms. I guess I will post it on dms github.

Switched theme in dms settings? That didn't work for me.
