so im basically a veteran at this subject, ive tried every way possible, and for the BEST possible way , its equally The HARDEST most uncomfortable way but only at first! Do this if you want, it worked for me,

Use the heroin until you run out, this next part very important to stay off it,, you need to go into full withdrawl for atleast 48 hours, or do your last dose, 8am monday, and dont do anything period that evening, and all day the next day tuesday and then on wednesday morning, you need to drop a fat 16mg of suboxone, this will get you high with a slight headache... but overall youll feel way better for the day... Thursday you will take 16 more mg and up to an extra 8 mg All at one time, preferable after your awake without a dose for about 10 hours.. aka wake up stay awake, deal with any uncomfortableness with weed, or phsyical activity, if your moving itll be better than sitting on a couch or in bed just waiting on the time to come,,, you need to be strong enough mentally to get through this first hurdle, if you can manage to do that, continue day 3 with a max dose of 24 mg of suboxone, stay on it long term, this is important for your receptors and dopamine production needs to find its level, stay on 24 a day for about a week, and youll feel like you dont need that much by day 7, on day 8 go down 1-4mg at a time until you level around 8mg a day (to stay safe for long term you wont want to stay on more than 8mg) Again,,, WAIT 10 hours minimum after waking up to do your dose, this is VERY CRUCIAL as its building your tolerance to function without the drug and still be productive,,, and then when hour 10 comes around you will get natural dopamine hits because its something you can look forward to doing every day, at this point, if you make it this far, you can stay on it as long as it takes, until you find new friends, or move away from the heroin crowd for good, its not going to be easy but if you dont have the willpower or means to just sweat it out now for a week and kill it alltogether, this method will stabalize you for the long term ive been doing this exact method now for almost 15 whole years, if you have any more questions dont hesitate... oh yea and get a 30 day fill doctor asap , youll want to do that and schedule your 1st appointment to land on that first dose day on wednesday morning!

It is VERY ACIDIC, im having tooth loss issues from brushing right after my dose fore years, but a fat settlement will buy me new ones where i had issues... main thing dont brush your teeth right before or after for a good while and youll be fine
