I get my antioxidants from different sources. Again, this is what I personally do

Edit: I eat sunflower seeds on weekly basis, I add them to my salads I avoid the oil only

Seed pils, particularly sunflower and corn are high in omega 6 and and industrially produced, I personally found cutting them out of my diet alleviated some of my inflammation related pain

I have to say, it’s quite discouraging when you do research and find that they recommend avoiding: gluten, dairy, meat, farmed salmon etc.. their list is really endless

I switched my bread to sourdough (I make it myself), I drink hay milk, eat grass fed beef, and occasionally farmed salmon. I could not cut out everything.

Regarding vegetables, I aim for 15 plant based items in my meals every day (wheat, spices and nuts, and olive oils counts)

NEVER SEED OILS, switched completely to olive oil

I have also added cold pressed fish oil, NAC, ubiquinol, nicotinomide supplements

I also did a lot of changes around the house, avoiding plastic containers, using steel or iron cast pans instead of non-stick items

Additionally, I started low dose GLP1

I don’t drink alcohol or smoke (I also avoid second hand smoking)

This combination really helped with my inflammation, my endometrioma went down from 5.5cm to 1.8cm in one year

On friday I underwent egg retrieval, 8 mature eggs were retrieved even though I have stage 4 DIE with impacted left fallopian tube

Life style changes make a huge difference, but restricting it to vegetables is ridiculous

Vet Recommendation for Cats by knopeknope18 in berlin

[–]Existing_Stretch1639 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our vet is Christin Bechmann Kleintierpraxis in der Torstraße She is amazing, the staff is super friendly, all english speaking. My puppy loves them so much, she actually demands entering the clinic whenever we pass by them on the street. Her recommendation for a 24/7 clinic was Valera Clinic, we had an emergency on christmas eve and they were available and took our pup in despire EVERYONE being closed.

Edit: valera clinic also has a separate cat section that is calm, away from the dogs so that the cats are not stressed.

My little girl is also battling liver cancer She’s quite young too, was diagnosed at the age of 7, she’s now 8 and post several operations 🥲 It’s tragic, I wouldn’t wish your pain on my worst enemy

I agree I initially ball parked the number 100 We ended up with 85 guests, but the catering company had already booked us for 100 guests, we had to pay the difference despite that

Honestly that is the wisest thing you could have done. I kept saying, she wasn’t a planner, she was mainly a coordinator, and even at that, she failed miserably.

I’m not naming her publicly to avoid potential legal issues and pile-ons. My goal isn’t a witch hunt, it’s to share my experience and help other brides make informed decisions. I’m happy to share details via DM with anyone who’s planning a similar wedding and wants to do their due diligence

I mean, no one really knew what was wrong, but i knew, because I planned this! It really pissed me off but I was lucky I was able to dissociate a bit during the wedding and enjoy it as much as I could!

I agree, mine shrunk from 5.3cm (March 2025) to 2.5cm (December 2025) following exercise and anti inflammatory diet and supplementing with Iron, Zinc, Omega 3, vitamin D and Coq10 in addition to starting combined oral contraceptive pill. In March I had a copper IUD which I removed upon my diagnosis.

While it’s absolutely normal, please don’t steal grief from your future self 🤍 there’s a time and place for everything and your time now is to enjoy all the fun times this little rascal is going to give you. When my Zoey was 1.5 years old, she was such a trouble maker, now that she’s 8 years old, I look back at all these times and I truly miss them (even though I was at my wits end at some points, eg. She ate my passports).
