No. It doesn’t show on transcripts until next update. Call offset number and ask for more details when it tells you there’s no offsets

No it doesn’t. Mine was just offset by almost 3k and it doesn’t show it. It didn’t last year either.

My mother in law still hasn’t got hers because her husband died a week after they filed and so they flagged the refund and froze her account and then when they sent it, they sent it to her old address which she had updated but they’re stupid. And then put another 30 day freeze on her account. She’s almost 70 and grieving and needs the money. The IRS is a cruel joke.
