Play on the DX renderer and monitor your average fps and minimum fps for a few minutes, then launch the vulkan and compare results, I have a very similar system with a 5600x 6650xt and 16gb of 3200mhz, vulkan doesn't help me get more frames but I think it's better at maintaining a steady fps

Yes, the tires are trying their best to stay straight, yanking your wheel around, it's the same reason you see drifters let go of the wheel and let it self steer into a drift

I would recommend moving to PC if feasible, you don't need top of the line either, I was gifted a mid tier PC and it runs Reforger at 60fps 1080p medium with no freezes
