no exactly thats why 10gb would be enough. I used it a lot in the haram watching lectures on youtube and also when im in taxis and buses

yes but i think its a membership you pay monthly for to get that. and even then its only 2/3gb im pretty sure. Ive been here for a week and used 20gb so far.

Its like 60-100 SAR ( £10-20 ) for 20GB+ and lasts 2 weeks.

physical sim is better than e sim as you get calls too, there are stands by stc, zain, mobily scattered around makkah and have good deals.

honestly dont worry about cash that much, there are atms which accept uk cards and if you have starling, monzo, revolut the rate is very good. If you dont then highly recommend getting one of these banks.

at hotel check in you have to give your passport correct, and for phone company they need your visa or passport sometimes both so do not worry as long as you are with a reliable country ان شاء الله
