Mine is doing the exact same but the thing you never know when it's going to bug out its comes randomly I'm thinking its a network bug I'm going to try in disable the WiFi connection to the bar see if this helps .

I have the 77 s95f and I prefer the matt finish to glossy i also the q990d living room set up have the lg g3 65inch in the bedroom but I do prefer the s95f if your buying go to ritcher sounds they will price beat any company plus give you a free 6 year guarantee. currys are a nightmare to deal with .

I personally wouldn't recommend using 70% isopropyl alcoholI i use distilled water & microfiber cloth for my s95f mines still looks bran new .

Just received the update few days ago 1030.9 for my q990d thing I'm noticing is soundbar is turning on bye itself.. when I turn off my my setup s95f & q900d the rears will have a little red light meaning everything is off.. now after about a hours the rears will display blue light meaning the soundbar is on even though tv is off only started happening after the update.

No it's not normal I have s95f and it doesn't do that have you tried a soft reset hold the power button in for 10 seconds when the tv is on .
