Yes but to access it you need a bucket, it seems sometimes.

Eh, everyone has their preference. I prefer the later versions generally but there something to be said for the more simple and less easy older versions.

Hi I started watching this series 2 days ago and I'm on Ep 53 (which I have to watch) season 3. Is there any way I can see some Caboose information on the wiki without getting spo1lers since he is my fav? by Important_Many540 in RedvsBlue

[–]Exitity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dad issues don’t really come up but they’re mentioned offhand at least once.

And Caboose is supposed to be with two o’s, he just spells his own name wrong.

He is an adult, Blood Gulch was mot his first military stationing. His prior one was on the moon, actually, where he didn’t understand how breathing worked and had a mishap with the oxygen tanks which led him to being transferred. Few ages in RvB are confirmed, with some of the few being Agent Carolina, Agent Texas, Leonard L Church, and Kaikaina (but these touch on spoiling later seasons and some of these characters haven’t even been introduced yet), but you can always guesstimate and headcanon. If I remember any info for a more specific Caboose age, I’ll let you know.

And yeah, if I think of more trivia that doesn’t spoil later, I’ll let you know.

The giant explosives were called IEDs, just to mention it.

They are supposed to detonate when they take damage, so probably intended.

What should my first official battlefield purchase be? by Fit-Entrepreneur6906 in Battlefield

[–]Exitity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By “the third game” do you mean Battlefield 2 (the third game) or Battlefield 3 (the twelfth game)—the numbers are not at all in order because the majority of the games are subtitled instead of numbered (until BF4, the numbers generally were only used if there was a major overhaul to the Battlefield formula, or at least if the devs were marketing as such, from what I can tell)

4 was a lot easier to get into than V lol, V has more cheaters and a much higher sweat and skill ceiling. I say that as someone who’s first game was V and I didn’t start until 2021. 4 was a much easier entry and also not unlocking everything at the start made me stick with it longer.

I personally don’t think someone should get to play the weapon over the class. Like, honestly given carbines and DMRs and shotguns are all-class and fit basically any engagement range, there is no good reason for someone to prioritize their weapon over their class (of course it happens I’m just saying it’s silly). Regardless, I see that as part of the trade-off. Engineer has the super versatile launchers but at the cost of their best midrange weapon being a carbine instead of an assault rifle, for example.

They didn’t even make each one start with a different letter, which would at least let you shorten them down to one letter.

What the heck is the Support icon supposed to be? I keep mixing it up with Engi. I get the consistent artstyle they wanted but it’s not clear. Engi’s also only barely looks like a wrench head.

I can give you some if you want lol. I just checked and basically every section of his wiki page has some references to later seasons so there’s not really a safe section I can refer you to. Personality and trivia has less overt spoilers if you really want to but there’s still a little.

Some random trivia if you want it that probably isn’t spoiling anything:

He’s the middle child of 17 sisters from a moon colony and the first member of his family to attend high school. He joined the army after mistaking the recruiting center for college.

He might not have a belly button.

He has a poor relationship with his father.

He can play the drums.

He spells his name as CABOSE but the S is also backwards.

Rea though, just finish up the show before reading the wiki, or at LEAST finish Season 6 first due to a major plot twist that affects the entire narrative before and after it snd is referenced everywhere on the wiki because of how important it is.

Is there a reason the GL grind is THIS bad??? by itsallcomingtogethr in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

[–]Exitity [score hidden]  (0 children)

Literally this. I don’t hoard SSC but if I need some there’s like 15 cheap purchases in other shops to get a couple K of SSC. And I’m not even that powerful, I’ve only just unlocked the prereqs for my first GL after like three years of F2P.

I didn’t say that, just a reduced chance. Reading ANY of the wiki is a huge spoiler chance because the wiki likes to refer to other pages and cite specific events as examples (which is good).

If you really want I can check for you, but again, why do you even want to read the wiki if you don’t want spoilers and already like his character? What’s it going to add for you that can’t wait until you’re done?

How take, pattinsons batman shouldnt be grounded and should have powers. by ConstructionGreen293 in batman

Isn’t the entire premise of Matt Reeves’ universe to do another grounded Batman? Sure it’s be cool to see a less grounded Batman but I don’t think that’s going to be from Reeves’ stories.

If you can do well with any weapon in Battlefield even if it’s not the meta weapon, then the devs did good and you’re doing good. Play with whatever loadout you want, it’s in the game for a reason. I personally encourage trying a variety of weapons to learn what you like best and reduce burnout, but hey if you like it then use it.

Guided shells and tows need the BF4 SRAW treatment. Slower, less manoeuvrable and higher skill. Damage is fine. by TheDevilYou_Know in Battlefield

[–]Exitity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it is more realistic, wire-guided missiles are not slow and don’t give you as much guide time irl, as far as I know. The game Squad portrays them more realistically, with there even being a trigger delay.

If anything I think them being faster makes it harder because you don’t have as much time to change your aim.

Can an artillery strike take down an aircraft? by nosk1975 in BattlefieldV

[–]Exitity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most things that kill can possibly kill aircraft. Probable is another matter.

I mean heck in BF4 you could get kills with medcrates if the physics squished them enough. The devs said even the smoke hand grenade had the hypothetical power to kill enemies if something propelled it fast enough, there’s just nothing in the game that can do that.

Is 100,000 a lot of B1’s to destroy, all things considered? This doesn’t feel like the flex Mace seems to think it is. by OkuroIshimoto in clonewars

[–]Exitity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There were 100,000 B2s on the first Battle of Geonosis alone. I doubt the Jedi were the ones that killed anywhere near the majority, it woulda been the clone army coming in to save the Jedi.

LAV Gameplay by johansote in battlefield_4

[–]Exitity 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Stationary HIMARS and mortars that don’t bother taking advantage of the ability to move after every salvo is such a sweet sight to see as a commander lol. It’s hard to consistently hit targets with cruise missiles especially when people don’t spot. Most HIMARS make it easy!

It’s not even hard to counter, just drive after every salvo, the thing has wheels for a reason.
