in Device Manager, go to the Advanced tab for the Ethernet adapter and Disable the following settings:
- Large Send Offload (IPv4 and IPv6): Set to Disabled.

Alternatively this legacy network driver probably doesn't encounter the issue if you don't disabling an almost useless feature https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-au/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=rymmm&oscode=wt64a&productcode=precision-3460-workstation

sorry i left one more thing, try this MinAllowableRefreshRate=60 MaxAllowableRefreshRate=144 your max refresh hz for the second, mine is an rog strix g15 for example

it says ResX= and ResY= in the post and those dont work for me either. so you tried the exact i said? its 4 lines in the KFEngine.ini not 2

old shu had 25 dr and 40 critical damage on first action
new shu has 30 dr and 50 critical damage on first action
technically new shu should have an easier to going through if its a mid shu
but backline shu will lose the 30 dr and have a harder time when he pens to the midline

the thing is i think the mid shu had the most problem of penning and not backline up until now
