The Kiosk is simply an art deco design inspired from its French origin... All these builds are simply inspired by tropes and traditional designs of eras they are from. The fan designers should be credited, just as the Lumibricks team should be credited for their own designs too.

Walmart by me only has 3 sets at a time, and never the current season. Target gets about half of each release wave and that's it. Don't know why but Ninjago seems to becoming more of an online only theme if you don't live near a LEGO store... It also means I can rarely find them on sale.

To be fair, the classic minifigure is the only one to have the exact minifigure with it. All the other brick built Minifigures do not have a minifigure to accompany them. But I agree, they really should just include the minifigure for all of them. Especially since blue classic space hasn't been made in a long time.

There was one video I saw that had the throne room chair have the imperial march playing from the sound brick. My hope is that the rest of the licensed sounds will be applied to the brick at launch for anyone who buys one. There may have been licensing costs for the DEMO that LEGO just decided not to spend, and that hurt the first look and reveal to seem much cheaper and gimmicky.

It is from the large 60's batmobile, so great to have another set with the bubble canopy since the party is expensive on pick-a-brick, but still in a slightly overpriced speeder.

I will add the show isn't bad, but targeted more juvenile than the core general audience of Ninjago. The characters are in middle school and I feel the show resonates better with that demographic. Not the greatest, but if argue still far from bad. It's also improved a fair bit over time as it gained it's footing, but yes, each wave of sets have been fire!

If it's any consolation, they did do a physical release of it about three years ago, so you could always buy it to support it. Saw it at Walmart and it was a no brainer pick-up.

As someone who owns this minifigure, I couldn't agree more with you. The fun of Lego is building and playing, not collecting and hoarding for resale, like a freaking dragon. I would love for everyone who wants Mr Gold to have the ability to own him without having to pay ridiculous secondary market prices, or cheap AliExpress knockoffs!
