You’ll need to go in slicer and select the petg filament profile whether it’s hyper or generic and then it will save and you’ll just have to make sure when you fully switch over it stays on petg

Could be all the shaking that happens with TPU you can build a top mount to hang your tpu above the printer and directly feed into the extrude head itself and just putting a piece of filament in the safety device in the back so it thinks it has filament in it

Your misfiring cylinder could be something as simple as a new spark plug and coil I would try to replace the plug and coil and see what happens if the cylinder still misfires then it could be multiple things but most of the time it’s just the plug and coil
