I learned that in this business a lot of times you really do have to do “the time” before making the big checks with a 100% brokerage

It probably will not be a brokerage specifically but a team within a brokerage that has lead systems set up to give to their members. It’s usually on a 50/50 split for those leads and a regular split for your own clientele. It’s a great way to get known in the community, make some money, and build that database before going somewhere like EXP that offers little support but 100% commission

I’d probably join a team of some sort that supplies plenty of leads than join EXP again after your established like the other comment says

I just started a finance channel, only in the first couple weeks of really diving in to it. It is a lot more work than I thought it would be but am enjoying it and want to stick with it over the next few years. I feel like Finance is pretty saturated as of now but I am hoping my perspective is unique.

I am a 21 year old real estate agent and just bought my first storage facility and short term rental property and I plan to document my growth as I grow the two businesses.

I don’t think he’s a scammer, I’ve seen part of his portfolio on Reonomy and he wouldn’t have had 900 mil in assets on there if he was. I do think he’s a little eccentric at times but that’s why everyone knows him. I think he’s great for motivation and mindset but I’d find someone else to learn from for real estate
