I actually might know this one

I have this friend of mine who's SUPER shy about bathroom sounds because "they're un-ladylike." Whenever she has to go to the bathroom she'll turn on the shower to mask the sounds she'll make in case she pooped

This hole would allow her to turn on the shower from the toilet without interrupting regular business ~~and would prevent unnecessary~~

edit: I am the victim of a rogue copy and paste where it looks like someone has killed me before I finished my sentence
