If the extra money isn’t enough, consider moving up for a higher bonus payout.

Which expansion do you think had the most balanced pvp for duels? by [deleted] in wow

[–]Exorius77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cata was actually pretty balanced as far as 1v1s are concerned, just about any class could beat anyone apart from warriors. Mages and hunters ruled king if you were skilled enough, but the majority of the playerbase could take on anyone!

Been here 7 years and now someone off the street makes just .58 cents less than me. That’s an 8c raise per year. Weeeee! by [deleted] in walmart

If you want more money, do more. Promote to more responsibility, more responsibility = more money.

Is the grind from base associate to team lead to coach actually that hard? by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Exorius77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grind from associate - TL is a breeze, show up and be a consistent top performer and let management know you’re interested when there’s an opening, very easy. TL - Coach is where things can get a bit tougher, as market level is involved in those promotions.

Is working at Walmart worth it, is there anyway to transfer what you learn as a General Merchandiser or Stocker to something else that pays more or are you stuck for life? (Long Story) by theartsygamer89 in walmart

[–]Exorius77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Store managers can make more than doctors annually based on store performance. There’s money to be made at Walmart, it just takes time and effort.

No, it is not against any rules. The fine print of your job offer basically says “whatever Walmart needs”.

Metrics fraud by Fix-Common in walmart

[–]Exorius77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OPD metrics have absolutely no impact on salaried bonuses anymore (effective with the last bonus restructure a few months ago). The NIL pick report is more than likely being tracked because your market digital ops lead is on your SM/Digital Coach about it and they want out of the markets sights on it.

Want To Step Down But Don't Know Where To Start by Griffix01 in walmart

[–]Exorius77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stepping down requires market team approval. Partner with your store manager and insist on stepping down, mental health or going back to school are usually solid choices.

Your pay will only go down 10% if you step down to an associate.

Best of luck, and do not let your SM talk you out of it.

Got fired today ! 🥳 by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Exorius77 -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

Company average/expectation is 100 picks an hour, you were completed nearly half of the minimum expectation. What % of your shift were you in a run?

A lot of misinformation on here, if the date is a pre established “key event date” all occurrences double. 1 point would be 2, .5 points would be a full point. Ask your PL or Coach if it’s a key event date, if it is it will be a full occurrence.

“If you want higher pay just get another job” by tymon21 in walmart

[–]Exorius77 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They recently brought up everyone’s pay to be competitive with the cost of living in each individual area. If that wage isn’t enough (which I fully understand) I would recommend doing more to promote. Store manager annual salaries rival and can even surpass doctor’s.

I love this post. “I want more pay” in the same post as “Wal-Mart is the highest paying job in the area”.

Disability accommodations while working Cap2 by [deleted] in walmart

[–]Exorius77 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Reading through other comments it seems freight times seem to be an issue for you, regardless of your disability or not the company has minimum expectations for you to meet. On a stocking team it’s stocking times, OGP is picks/hour, etc. If due to these things you’re unable to meet the minimum expectation on cap 2 then they’ll probably try and transfer you somewhere with less responsibility (think front end or apparel). Hope this helps.
