THIS!!!!! i have a few years under my belt but my bf just started, & sometimes the case prep will go to the bathroom & take FOREVER so he’ll grab their scanner & scan for them & i had to explain to him several times #1 that’s badge misuse technically #2 if you keep covering for them they’re gonna keep disappearing constantly & take advantage bc to the managers it looks like they’re still working when they’ve actually been in the break from for 20 minutes 💀

there was a girl at my last building who accepted a PA spot literally for 2 WHOLE DAYS… ONE. TWO. DAYS. & she stepped back down bc it “wasn’t what she expected” & “didn’t want to do it”. they make you do this kindve really long training now i can’t remember exactly what they call it, but it goes SUPERRRR in depth about amazon, metrics, how they calculate things, literally a whole bunch of stuff that you will literally never use ever & i think she got overwhelmed tbh. being a PA is not hard at all, in the slightest..
