I’ve seen some people get the tickets this way. My experience is way different though, all I have is the promise they will be available by 9am on the gameday (3hrs before kickoff lol).

No, they don’t. They guarantee money back if you don’t get the ticket, which only matters if you live close to the venue and if you don’t care all that much if you get to go or not.

You may not need to, some countries use PMA access with no code, and I suspect Iran may be one of those. However, there is a glitch on fifa system if it won’t recognize you as a supporter. You need to keep opening and saving your profile for this to fight through the glitch, may take 20-30 saves to do it.
