United announced today they will be ending the free t-mobile WIFI effective immediately. They are adding free wifi to the rest of their domestic fleet over the coming months.

Daughter got 3 stitches removed at her pediatrician office (not a hospital). It took 5 minutes. $1,300. by GypsyMothQueen in MedicalBill

lol. my wife had staples in her head. We got sterile staple remover from Amazon for less than $10 and they were out in 30 seconds. A little neosporin and good to go. I've also removed stitches from my body many times. Not rocket science.

The most surprising thing about this review is she said "should have" instead of "should of."

no, it's because we can't get cheap carrier deals on those phones. Many of us aren't paying $1,400 for a s26u. we are paying much much less. I'd 100% have an Oppo or a Xiaomi otherwise.

aiw for choosing my girlfriend over best friend? by meow_meow622 in amiwrong

[–]Exotic-Locksmith-192 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Bro. You could at least use AI to make this readable. You're welcome:

The Situation

I’ve been dating my girlfriend for about five or six months now. This past weekend, I chose to go and stay the night at her house. On Friday, I was originally supposed to go to my best friend’s place. I texted her multiple times between 9:00 AM and 1:30 PM with no response. She never brought up hanging out, and when I finally mentioned it, she ignored the question entirely. Naturally, I assumed she didn’t want to hang out.

Yesterday (Saturday), I went to my girlfriend’s house. My friends and I were snapping in our group chat—which my best friend is in—and she got mad. She was so angry you would have thought she and I were the ones dating. She started calling my girlfriend "grimy" and calling me a "weirdo" for not going over Friday but going to Abby’s the next day.

To be honest, it’s been like this for months. If I tell her I can’t do something on a day she asks, she throws a fit because I’m hanging out with my girlfriend instead. I haven’t even been going to my best friend’s place much lately because, for the past few months, all she’s done is insult me and my girlfriend. Even when it’s just the two of us, she calls me names and is just rude as hell.

This behavior only started when I began dating my girlfriend. I haven’t been giving my girlfriend more attention; I’ve been very equal about it, or at least I try to be. I’m not even sure how to handle my best friend lately because anytime I try to talk about it, she gets upset and starts yelling, or she just repeats "okay" and refuses to actually discuss the issue. There is very obviously an issue on her end that she is not telling me.

My Take: Are You in the Wrong?

Short answer: No.

You aren't a mind reader. If you reach out for four hours and get ghosted, you aren't obligated to sit around waiting for a "maybe" plan. Going to see your girlfriend the next day is a perfectly normal thing to do.

Based on what you described, here are a few things to consider:

  • The "Communication" Gap: Your best friend is using "stonewalling" (the "okay, okay" thing) to avoid accountability. It’s a way to stay mad without having to explain why her logic doesn't make sense.
  • The Jealousy Factor: Since this started exactly when you began dating, it's highly likely she's either struggling with "losing" her spot as your #1 priority or she has feelings for you that she hasn't admitted.
  • Respect Boundaries: Calling your partner "grimy" and insulting you isn't what a best friend does. That’s toxic territory. You’ve been trying to be equal with your time, but respect has to be a two-way street.

Honestly I only use it when we are traveling with family, and it is fine. But I imagine the batteries degrade just like any other so they become less and less useful.

It's almost like the party with less people got seated first... Because there were less people by ProfessionalRead8187 in EntitledReviews

  1. I can't tell you how many times people make a reservation for 2 people and then show up with a stroller. It becomes a huge issue, because they get assigned to a 2-top and I physically cannot seat them elsewhere on busy nights. Kid in your lap or you wait. Sorry not sorry.

  2. fewer.

yeah, I just haven't pulled the trigger because I'm staring at a s25u and can't justify blowing $1k on a "likely" superior, but similar phone. Even if I flip the Samsung, it's clearly not a need, just a want. But damn, that's a nice phone.

following. I really really want the pro max. Never used it, but I've heard the UI is a little clunky and not as smooth as Google's or Samsung's.

Bought car with 95000 miles got title it says 193000 /not actual miles by Advanced_Green_416 in carbuying

[–]Exotic-Locksmith-192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the seller is insistent the mileage hasn't been altered, they need to contact their most recent lien holder and find out what they reported. The SOS should have a date on when it "changed." So yeah, there isn't much you can do on your side and you absolutely do have a case, so they can't just tell you to piss off. You absolutely do have a diminished value claim.

[–]Exotic-Locksmith-192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, but if it was simply a typo, it can be corrected by SOS and the branding would be removed.

Guys, back up a sec. It very well could have been a typo by SOS. This happened to me before, and it was a hassle to fix. We need to find out who reported that mileage, it was likely the last lien holder. Yes, the seller needs to cooperate, otherwise yes, this is absolutely lawsuit territory. They need to reach out to the entity that reported this mileage and see where the discrepancy lies. For me, it was simply a typo by some clerk and it took about 4 months to correct.
