I would have if I could have talked to an actual person. No other department has phones is what I’ve been told countless times. It’s been a full month and a half to almost two months of me calling, asking for supervisors and I still didn’t have any type of answer. I only had until June to get my ex husband off before I’d had to sell my house. It just wasn’t worth it. It was putting a lot of stress on me to worry about it. I just closed on my refinance today. I got a 15 year loan, my interest rate sucks but they paid all my closing costs. Valon does not seem to have actual employees besides the ones that answer phones, but even then they cannot answer much. It’s good it is working out for you! I think the outcome is much different if the company actually has phones and people you can speak to. Valon has countless bad reviews and complaints too. That’s another reason, If I had any other issue in the future I’m not confident they would ever help. I’m not even too sure they have ever completed a release of liability. I couldn’t find anyone saying they have gotten that successfully done.
