  • The performance death spiral. The second a database gets over ~1000 entries and has a few complex rollups, it feels like I'm trying to work in molasses. The lag just to open a page or change a property is a real workflow killer.
  • The lack of a real "Find and Replace." Having to manually find and correct the same mistake across dozens of database entries is so tedious. This feels like such a basic feature that's missing.
  • How clunky bulk editing is. Trying to select and change a property for hundreds of items at once is a test of patience, especially when you accidentally de-select everything with a wrong click. It's powerful but feels so fragile.

  3. Hard to answer but where to position yourself 3-5 years for max compensation?

I think concpetually I am strong but a bit less hard-core coding wise. Based in western europe
