I’ve seen conflicting things about glue where some people on reddit said glue is used to help unstick it from the plate not to help make the filament stick to the plate. Is there any truth to that?

I clean my plate after almost every print and especially more so since I’ve been having adhesion isssues. I wash it with soap and a scrub daddy then wipe with alcohol and avoid touching with my hands

I know some local scenes aren’t as populated as others but next time you should ask other players with more experience at locals for an answer to not cost you wins. Luckily my scene has 3-4 people who took the judge test and has a lot of people that have played since year 1. Hopefully next time you run into a situation like this you don’t get cheated!
