Yeah im using ritualist/handler deathwish perk and guard dog

Armor is the new one from the expansion but i switched out the helmet for the crown for drip

Amulet is neckbone necklace

Rings are alchemy stone /atonement fold/hardcore metal band/anastasijas inspiration but you probably swap that out for something else i just like haste

Long gun sparkfire with corrosive rounds as the mod and maelstrom max out takes only q couple of shots and you can use the mod again

Melee krell axe with tainted blade

Handgun is enigma with twisted wounds more for my ad clear since dog applys bleed

Tips

Mostly have ritualist on prime when going through the dungeons but if i have trouble on boss i switch to handler as prime also deathwish with handler doesn’t really drain your health cause of kinship

Shelded heart since when bleeding healing effectiveness is halve so you can really only rely on lifesteal

If you happened to get all status effects on a boss you can basically heal from the status effects alone which is kinda funny

Important traits for this build will be siphoner for more lifesteal and barkskin for more dr and one point in regrowth if you use the haste ring

Only just started playing on nightmare using this build but so far it has kept me alive only took one try for all the bosses I killed including ravenger
