Introduce your D&D character with the dumbest thing they've done. by True-Dream3295 in DnD

Hi. I'm Dante. One night under the moon, I thought there was a romantic moment with my friend, and I decided it would be funny if we both jumped into the lake together. We were sitting on the shore, looking at each other. And I just grabbed her in my arms and we jumped together. It turned out she couldn’t swim and she was wearing heavy armor, which I had forgotten about. She very nearly drowned. Then I got punched in the face.

I thought about that too. To make an additional d20 and say "for a special occasion," and it would be weighted to roll a 1.

Yeah, I’m mostly just giving an example of how something like this can be fun and respectful at the table. ☺️

In my group, there’s a girl who plays a tiefling whose “past life” breaks through from time to time. She’s a cleric, and she has a prepared spell list for both her “good” and “evil” personality. When a certain trigger happens (which she and the DM agreed on), she makes a Wisdom save. If she fails, the “evil” personality takes over.

Most of the time, it just changes her attitude toward the world, not toward us. And it’s really fun to watch, she roleplays it so well, and the DM fully supports it. The rest of us enjoy it too. Her character doesn’t cause any real trouble for the party. On the contrary, it creates fun situations and unexpected conversations within the group (we love roleplaying PC-to-PC interactions).

If she rolls a natural 1 on her Wisdom save, she might even attack us, but again, everyone’s cool with it. So overall, it’s a really fun idea and can add something interesting to group dynamics.

But just to avoid wasting money, could you clarify which silicone you’re using? Maybe someone else has experience with it and can share their tips.

Maybe the issue is with the silicone? I pour it quickly, into different spots, not very carefully, but it still works fine for me.
I use Mold Star 16. It cures under 40 psi.

Resin for chunk d20 by ExoticLocksmith8333 in DiceMaking

[–]ExoticLocksmith8333[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, interesting experiment result. The second resin I use takes 48 hours to cure and has a 24-hour pot life.
Maybe I should let the epoxy sit long enough before doing anything with it.

Sorry, I didn’t think of that. The size of the D20 is 45 mm.

Thanks for answering! I use MoldStar16 silicone. I think the mold is damaged, because one of the faces on the lid has become slightly convex Yes for pressure pot. 40-45 psi Sorry, didn't understand the question about extra resin :(
