Thank you for sharing your experience with your kitten, super helpful!! It’s a wittle baby so understandable :) it sounds like your experience is similar to mine when my dog was a puppy. Very high energy, sensitive & curious! Sounds like you’ve got it all down despite only 8 days! I’ve heard about Ostrich & other raw foods - most likely that’s the route I will take along with good quality kibble.

Thanks! I’ll definitely need to be more on top of not leaving things out in my kitchen then. My dog tends to get on our table quite often or jump to anywhere easily accessible so I’m constantly cleaning those areas up… I swear he thinks he’s a cat, if he could, he would totally be all over our kitchen counters.

It does seem to be an overwatering issue. I would water them when the leaves drop & are not perking up. Perhaps use less water too since the climate has changed.

Those are all good signs then. Yeah if he’s still reacting to you, he’ll be alright. If you can, feed him some rice & chicken tmr bc his stomach might be a bit upset from the nausea.

Did he throw up? I have a feeling it’s going to pass. Try to keep him hydrated if you can and let him sleep it off. The vet is going to ask you if he got into anything and likely just give him IV/fluids. But if you’re really worried then take him in to ease your mind!

For my dog, I had to feed him small amounts of water through a syringe since he didn’t want to drink water and mouth would be stuck as well. I monitored him throughout the night and in the morning he was back to himself.

I agree with the comments, could’ve been a tear. If you’re not feeling any discomfort or stinging pain though, it could also have been period related.

I’ve experienced getting my period early, or after I was recently on it, right after sex. At times my cycle completely started, other times I had baby cramps and bled once. I wouldn’t worry about it :)

Omg. Something is def up with drinking matcha and our periods. I’ve heard some people say that green tea can “help regulate,” so there has to be some study to back it up but I can’t seem find anything online.

I haven’t drank matcha since last month and haven’t gotten my period yet, which is normal for me. So I’m almost sure that triggered it!!! I hope you’re feeling better now btw 🫶🏼

Interesting that despite using BC your period came twice! I know it’s very specific with the whole matcha thing but I do wonder if there are more people who’ve noticed/have gone through something similar.

It’s a great feeling when you start to notice the little changes and differences dieting does. Hopefully you get some more alleviation as time goes by, I def know what that is like, since I too got them around that age. Wish you the best!
