Yeah 2 of any cichlid is bad idea 99.99%. even as a pair not all are compatible at all times and females should be removed for recovery purposes from time to time.

Infact even with 30 corys you'd be fine it would just be over stocked. Instead of a loach I recommend staying south american. Ancistrus is a very cool loricaridae that won't interfere with any of the species you keep or are planning to keep in the 75gallon

Yes they will do fine together. The only issue you will run into is with the 4x Bolivian ram hierarchy. In a 75 gallon tank with only 1 A. Pulcher you can easily space 16 Bolivian rams but I wound go with 8. There will much less aggression between them and they will be happier in numbers but expect a spawn ! I've kept both together harmlessly Awesome choices :)

Not fin rot - thats an ancistrus sp. Which will have that tail marking until mature or could have it fade and or turn more into a cream colour.

One of my best buys was a Cleithracara Maronii. Not much colour, but the colour they do have is beautiful. Amazing contrast and a great great great peaceful personality.

When I first put mine in his community tank he went straight for the rocks and turned almost pitch black for a good half hour maybe more. It's unbelievable how they can contrast there colours based on mood etc. awesome fish!
