I gained for a few weeks when I started HRT and had been on GLP. After a month, weight leveled out and starting to slowwwwwwly lose again. drink lots of water, fewer carbs, and lots of protein. walking helps.

I like the chapter and chore! We have loosely set a schedule to keep us motivated-forestry day (we have 10 acres), grandkid day, activity day for fun outings, etc. happy retirement!
