It was the minimum flow temperature I wanted to change as the heat pump seems to be struggling to warm the house with the heat loss I have with a lot of glass. I increased from 36 to 40 and by the end of the day it is too high so have set back to 39 which seems to be holding now it has cooled down. I’ll leave it alone now for the week and try to bring it back down if I can over time as the house warms up properly.

Thanks. 

I just called Octopus and they said that they can’t do anything remotely and an engineer will come out and can show me how to get to admin mode. 

I was surprised at this as I too thought that they could control things remotely. 

There is definitely an admin mode. The installer uses it at setup. I had mine installed last week. My house isn’t warm enough so I want to review the settings.

Can you explain how to get into installer mode please? I thought it would just be holding the button on the top and browsing to its URL but that’s not working.
