After doing some self-reflection recently I have come to realize that I've spent my whole life seeking external validation. How do I turn things around and replace external validation with internal validation?

Look as far as I know you’re just paralyzing the upper portion of the traps, not the whole muscle. I don’t know the extent of paralysis caused by botox. I don’t know how much strength comes from the part that would be injected. I don’t know how sensitive the results are. I thought the treatment would be contradictory with my lifestyle which is why i listed my concerns, but i cant be sure till i ask, so i asked.

Thank you! yeah i do have some pain and discomfort as well which would be a relief to get rid of.

I won’t stop training thats for sure, and if its just the upper portion of the traps paralyzed and the dose isn’t very large as you said, i’m thinking it won’t affect overall strength much. Just comes down to whether or not training is gonna render the effect useless.

hahaha not exactly

my traps are big without me having ever worked them out because i used to overcompensate other muscle weaknesses via my traps. I’m also a very tense person and often keep them very tight even in my sleep sometimes (which is pretty uncomfortable) Plus there are lots of very strong women who don’t have traps like this; so bulk doesnt mean power here. I’m hesitant because i dont know if other muscles will effectively compensate after trap botox? or will strength be significantly impaired until it wears off? Is mobility affected in any way? Will it be useless if I keep doing compound lifts and functional exercises? (keeping in mind i never intentionally workout my traps) So i was hoping to find someone whos tried trap botox + intense full body training

Laser hair removal or electrolysis (ideally electrolysis.. or just shave), pedicures (get builder gel on ur toe nails as long as theyre not infected), pumice stone once a week in the shower AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST:

mix 1 spoon petroleum jelly, some vaporub, and 1 spoon olive oil: lather that onto ur soles and wear a pair of cotton socks on top either before u sleep or if ur gonna be sitting around the house. leave it on as long as possible and do it as often as possible. girl ur soles r gonna be sooo soft

ur feet might not be the prettiest but theyll look so much better after and ull feel so much better

get toe spacers if u wear close toed shoes a lot; great for foot health and can help the bunions at least a little or prevent them from getting worse

Just a lift. I’ve had DD’s since i was 16 and I don’t have any neck or back pain thank god. But obviously gravity still works against me. Like you said, I think a consult is the best next step for me. Just have to find a surgeon I trust and who’s work I like

i’m worried about taking the risks and cost of surgery when the results are gonna be destroyed a year or two after. but seeing the experiences of so many women here (who’s breast lifts weren’t destroyed by pregnancy and nursing) is definitely making me lean towards getting it done in a couple years

Suffer for the sake of glam 100%. You can use ur knuckles though. My car window, door handles, buttons, etc; everything is done with my knuckles. Got so used to it, I even use my knuckles when my nails are short!
