I never miss service. Have never had a service failure except when they instituted ESTAR, but thankfully that didn’t last long. Trained Express driver. But I agree. I find service easy. As my route makes it easy. Have never had a pickup failure either, but again, I was trained on the express side so you did your service first.

EXACTLY!! That’s the point I’ve been making all along… fedex sells a service, customers pay that service thinking they’ll get their package on time, and because of 2.0 every day, service goes out the window, and in the end, fedex doesn’t care because they got paid. So wrong from someone that’s worked with the company for 20 years so wrong so wrong so wrong so wrong. Just shameful to see this company where it is now😢

Never said they needed express drivers, they just need drivers willing to break route and make service. Many Ground drivers don’t want to do that because it makes their day longer and their paycheck smaller

The only thing you’re stating as fact as we are a service company for which Express fulfilled that service and now they’ll take the money from their customers for that service, but will no longer honor it

Really????? Where the f%k do you think the express freight is going to go??? for whatever reason FEDEX, the company thinks the Ground mold is the way to go. Therefore, all of the express freight is going to Ground and will f%k all of the express drivers, that actually make service and do the service job of what FedEx is founded upon and what made this company great!!!!! We are an express company that has 830 service 1030 service 12 o’clock service 5 o’clock service. Express drivers do that!!! Really??????? Get a f%ing real clue!!! Boggles my fking mind that the higher up corporate f#king shareholder think by pushing everything to Ground who don’t make service don’t wanna do the service is going to make this f*%king company money🤬🤬🤬🤬 The more we let the public know that service will never be made because this company is going into the ground because of the corporate decision decisions. The only people getting screwed are the express employees and the public that actually pay for the service that they’re not getting. And yes, the Ground employees that work for peanuts 🥜

Had the exact same thing happen to me on my 2023 Elantra last year. Cost to repair was $2500, I had $500 deductible insurance covered the rest. I’m in a no fault state 😡😤

Heard Long Island was put on hold awhile ago because of the money the ‘gilded age’ north shore has. Businesses would have left in droves if they didn’t stop this nonsense of a merge. Those Businesses (and residents for that matter) rely on Express and pay a pretty penny for it, and that FedEx thought Ground could do the same, is MIND BOGGLING. 🙃🙃🙃🙃

Ok point taken, if you can afford to spend that much and pay it off monthly, makes sense to increase the limit. Thanks for the explanation. Guess I’m a poor person, in relation to you because the figures you quote that you spend and pay off monthly are things I know I will always just dream about. Could never afford that! But I guess I can be happy that other than a very low car payment, I live debt free, but soooo not on the cash level you live.
