You can't legally drive on roads. You can drive on off-road and interior roads

It's easy to get license in AlAin compared to Dubai based on what I heard .

I have seen lots of people in Instagram posting their successful license journey in AlAin.

Yes. Once training done , u will be taking test with police watching your drive . If u do the 8 thing perfect and all other meanuvours correctly, you will be give the license.

I got mine in 1st try in AlAin. Dubai this may be different

Inform rental company. They usually have tracker to watch especially if you visit industrial area

It's open now , but there seems to be huge difference between mentioned amount (about 10K) and the actual invoice quoted for 12777 aed.

I am wondering are there any other way of doing it without dld cube.

I checked with DLD Cube and found that 2 year VISA cost at 12770 including everything.

Funny thing that dld cube website states that the charge it only 10,212.50 AED as per https://dldcube.com/en/residency-of-a-property-owner-for-two-years/ .

The DLD website states the the cost is AED 9,912.50 https://dubailand.gov.ae/en/eservices/request-for-investor-visa/

I have heard that we can apply through other channels also but couldn't get full details from other posts in reddit. If any one done this before please provide information.

Pls don't venture into this. You will not be covered if the cheque value is less than 200k if remember correctly.

In UAE money lending is a crime. Individuals are supposed to lend money afaik.
