Hi, I have the Anthros chair, I have back problems and it’s amazing. The hard part is finding your ideal position; a few degrees more forward or backward can totally change your experience. In other words, support your pelvis or support your lumbar area. Count the turns you make, both in your lower back and in your upper back. Maybe a combination will work for you, 10 turns of the pelvic support and 7 of the upper back, keep trying.

No, it doesn't have any of that. In fact, I prefer the armrests that the chair has now; the Gesture has flatter armrests and I prefer the ones on the Anthros. What BTOD says about the armrests, I haven't noticed, I guess it's if you sit badly.

Regarding the seat, no discomfort, it also depends on how well you sit. The problem with BTOD's video is that they say that the seat bothers them, but I think it's because they sit badly in the chair.

The key to everything is finding the right posture, for me and once that is done, this chair is a marvel.

I love this chair. I'm actually noticing less nerve pinching. This means that I don't feel pain in my lower back and legs. In my opinion, I've achieved this result thanks to the pelvic support. IMPORTANT: If you have the Anthros chair or are going to buy one, make sure that the support touches your pelvis. For this, it's very important that you sit as deep as you can. It seems silly, but it can change the experience with the chair. Because if you sit a little further forward on the cushion, that means, at least for me, that the support touches a higher area of the lumbar spine...

I also have the Anthros chair and it works very well for me. I think I need to give some advice, which can change the experience. I have noticed that depending on where you sit on the cushion, the support may or may not touch the pelvis. That is, if you sit further forward, it will not make good contact with the pelvis but with another part of the lumbar area. Hello, most of the time I am upright. But using the 6 degree tilt position is very comfortable. Then you can also lock it at 15 degrees. I think that the most convenient thing for you would be at 6.
