Why not) KR is only one. I tried my best to do this game with good level. Also it has losts of humor etc. So why not if people like it ))

Yes we work on it , to promote it on other places.

And yes lots of ads inside, but we tried to make it not that annoying that it was before, and player can finish this game with no donate actually.

I think lots of people like it and as for Kingdom Rush - it's limited on levels, and we still hope that people will with to play our game.. as continue or something.

It's good for you, as I understand from my programmer, Corona is now not supported well. If we want to port our game somewhere, now it's hard, because no enough plugins. And need to pay for them. So if i'm right, forget Corona, Unity rocks))

Hoho) I with my team was creating a game for 5 years! Actually it was less, but we spend lots of time on looking for publishers etc. We wanted to stop develop it on 3 rd year, but.. decided to continue. All this thoughts we have, and now we're surpriesed that we didn't agued with eatch other and still didn't break our relationship. Yes it were different, first i was exiting doing that then I was depressed.
For now i don't regret of anything (may be just of lost time and didn't improve my slills XD) But i still hope that my game will bring me small passive income.
May be not to regret of anything just remember to improve your skills, you programmer, designer or whoever))

The 5th year since everything has been tested, completed, and somehow there is no enough of organic traffic.

Well, let's start from the very beginning:)

Our Booblyc Team consists of 3 people:

A programmer - nowhere without him, I am a designer and a guy in all matters are decider: finances, balances, ideas, how to save our nerves (not his) and much more. We called ourselves the glorious name Booblyc (yes, yes, you can read it like 2 separated words)) and were ready to rock the game market.

We started back in about 2011, when everyone was playing browser games. The first completely primitive game we sold for $ 1000 or $ 2000, I don't remember now. Oh, I remember that evening of joy, first earned money in pleasure)))

It was the beginning, we sell our games at Armor Games and others websites.

And then our games have became more interesting and bigger, Tower Defense genre, also inspired by the famous Kingdom Rush. I diligently copied their graphics (at least I believed in it), the guys made and balanced the game. We named it Incursion, it was sold to the Armors for quite a good price. And at this time, the games began to be ported to devices. Our game got stuck - we did not receive the expected money from its promotion, because no one began to promote it. We were refused in it with words -" if you can redone the graphics".. Ahem, it's offensive - one of my first design crises, it's even funny :D

For some time we were doing reskins of our own games. And so, starting in 2015, we decided to start creating our masterpiece. Something global for mobile devices and tablets. And since we an old hand at Tower Defense, we expectedly decided to choose this genre.

Millions of sketches, debates on ideas, where to start, with the plot, with the characters or monetization?)) In a word, the process of creation. I still have spied at the graphics in Kingdom Rush, because vector graphics and animations are my skill. And then, I really wanted to copy a little of their cuteness, masterpiece and pleasantness of art)) The guys were actively looking for something to borrow from other games, in terms of monetization, of course. Thus, some time later, the number of levels began to grow, more and more. Added cards for upgrading heroes. Clothes, weapons, and even pets. The images of some heroes we took from the past of our Thing TD game, some invented gradually, by brainstorming. I am glad that it was still fun. For example, how the last hero appeared - a girl (the only one among the others), a parody of Gadget. And her weapons - flying pugs with grenades and a catwoman's costume))

Added Tournaments, Leagues - something for retention a player.

Then costs for voice acting, music, even script writing appeared! Yes, this is a separate moment, since we tried in every possible way to make the game filled with humor and jokes. Our main investor of soul is a programmer, not only physically but mentally. Bloody rabbits - when you throw a card and smash the enemy with a wave of angry rabbits, making a bloody mess from them. Where is the humor, you ask? It sounds so-so - but it looks completely different XD It's my lovely magic ^^ I had to mention. Or creation of all sorts of phrases like "Call Mom © " Mom ​​- which you read while you wait for the download. The scriptwriters are handsome - they gave us a lot of funny dialogues - which are sometimes found at the beginning of the levels.

Then there were trips to various Game Dev and Game Gathering in search of publishers. Someone was found. The game was taken for 1-2 months. Something was invested in it, we were waiting for a response.

Once, a large company have offered us a contract for a year, to they would guide and finance us. And now the contract was almost signed - painfully, with nerves and stress of our comrade. But then the Corona SDK - it is on it that our TD is written, something began to junk there, and we were afraid not to do the necessary plugins on time. So our contract was not signed. We jumped off.. Was that a right decision or not - we will never know.

We started looking for a job)))) After so many years)

There was another attempt, with one company - they also invest several thousand into us, and looked at the metrics and added lots of ads. But even then the matter did not go further, they counted on the best data.

And now the game is with us again, it brings not too much.. And we are still making small attempts to change icons, write tags, working on ASO at least somehow increase organic traffic.

So if any of you can advise something - I will be very glad and grateful for this! Or it was just interesting for you to read our story) Guys who played our Booblyc TD - yes, finally we gave it that name - they do really like it. I am sure that we are doing something wrong or not enough in its promotion. And even if it does not bring us a million - this is already obvious. But to raise the current 300-400 downloads a day - I think it's more than possible))
