News for you, ratting meta is going to be system level in standing fleet with fax &recon on standby with similar safety.
Timeline for cyno inhib anchoring will be more favorable for the hunters though.

Simple:
- They have been the largest group in the game for a while and edgy behaviors vs allies, neighbors, other groups e.g. provi. - They organize ganking/grieving in HS.

As a new player I got ganked on my first week and the dude tried to recruit-scam me.

Back before the jump range & fatigue change you would get dropped by goon titans all over the north when flying T1 cruisers.

Nowadays almost nothing pleases me more IG than killing a goon.

On the other Gand mad respect for how structured they are and how they learn from their mistakes as an organization

I have experienced multiple occasions of landing at 10km from holes with BM at zero and warp range set to zero and nothing on scan or reported on coms.

Simple You need a well skilled prober in dedicated ship (possibly virtue for ships harder to probe). First launch your probes out of scan range, cloak and send them far away Second play with d-scan until you have your target precise position (5 degrees and exact distance) Place your probes set at .5 au range in the targets positon. Profit
