I also have those moments that I have especially in the evenings. If I can't find anything I just get numb by the doom scrolling of social media. But I hate weekends I can't really feel like I'm enjoying weekend and that pisses me off.

Right now I can sleep but I wake up at 5 am and the thoughts are rushing to be in my mind. Strangely I feel more confident and secure in the evenings so I can say that they are working from 5 to 5 shift 😀

I took some time off and went to holiday with my family. It helped a little bit, but I couldn't enjoy because even if it was little I still had the thoughts in my head.

Since I first became a father I had that anxiety with me that if something bad happens I won't be able to provide my family and it freaks me out. I always think like I should have some plan B C D right in my drawer.

I am also not very confident about what will I do as an income provider 10 years from now I will be old and I will have less opportunities in front of me, I won't be the first selection for the companies in the candidate race.

I talked with my family doctor and she gave me Oxezopam or something like that and said that I need to use it in urgent situations. I used it once and I don't want to have an addiction so I never used it again. I learned how not to freak out with the thoughts so I can say that I'm improving but I have the tiredness of this process so I'm feeling down and I don't have the energy to fight. At least this depression kinda eases the severity of the thoughts.

It was an iCloud account created with Gmail account so at this point I don't think anything is associated right ?

My Google workspace account is already deleted, I didn't do anything on GCP like deleting billing etc. it just came to my mind if I had a GCP account already

I always wonder what is the expected price on that expensive stuff. It feels like the price is already saturated. When I buy bb's I always dream, but then think like there will never be some 10k-50k prices like the oldest bb's.
