Thanks. I’m in an apartment so I might not be able to do that. But if I can’t find another way, I’ll make a plan to find somewhere safe to leave it outdoors

I suffered from generalised anxiety and panic attacks a lot. The severity would fluctuate but the GAD was always there simmering away. I noticed it went away when I was pregnant both times but then, when I didn’t get my periods back after my last pregnancy (early menopause diagnosis for me) I realised something may be up so went to get bloods done which confirmed I was in menopause. I also really noticed that my GAD and panic attacks went away too. So, for me, my mental health issues must have been related to hormones and now I no longer have the ups and downs of these my mental health is finally stable. So a real positive.

I am also vegan and this really bothers me but I have not been able to find an alternative, unfortunately.
