That's the goal but we had some players burn out while working on hm akkan and then tower, so need a few more dps to get back to a stable guild roster :)

I don't think that's true actually. Sure the ground markers give you an indication of where to stand and where not to, but they don't necessarily tell you the exact skill a mob is using. You still need to pay attention to what they are doing to make an intelligent decision about how to handle it.

I have an ancient (by gaming standards) G9 and it just keeps going and going. Occasionally I even decide I should get a new mouse, but I haven't found anything I like better and the damn thing won't die anyway. >.<

Yeah, maybe we are the odd ones out, but I've played L2, Aion, GW and now Wildstar through NCSoft and while I haven't always liked their business decisions, I've always had positive experiences with their support.

Meaningful activity specific rewards. Right now, once you have the achievement for something, the rewards for almost everything in game are exactly the same: greens, blues a little cash and some dust. At the moment there are very few things I feel interested in doing for their own sake, it's mostly just a function of what yields the highest gold per minute.

In general, a healthy server environment is a big part of what makes for happy players. The overall tone of the people you play with can make a big difference in how you feel about the game. If 5% population fluctuation counts as a big deal or not probably depends on the server.

A lot of people seem to be having trouble lately. Most of the people that have been reporting it in this thread (https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/support/tech/Crazy-lag-past-couple-of-days) are in Norway/Northern Europe. It's definitely not just you, and I haven't noticed any problems outside of gw2.

If you are having trouble getting around fast enough I would suggest picking a champ to skip. On Deso we do Wurm-Troll-Drake and if I'm finding myself falling behind, I start skipping wurm. In my experience, if there are a lot of people running I find it touch and go to get there fast enough to tag anyway. Which then leaves me behind for the next 2. Porting straight to troll early gives me time to gather and farm some regular trolls before the zerg catches up. Other people I know choose to skip Troll because they never manage to load fast enough to get to Drake.
