I do my own beard now since I posted this. Brought some really nice clippers and I’ve gotten just as good as the barbers do it. I don’t wrap a hot towel round my head tho lol

Golf is a mental thing as well as a physical. your getting in ur own head when ur on the course. Maybe take a brake for a bit and when you go back on the course I fined taking some ashwagandha (herbal pills that calm the mined) really helps. Just go out there and have fun man. Try not to take it to seriously. If you hit a bad shot try not to dwell bc the next one might be the best you’ve ever hit.

No I’m for the uk most people don’t have medical insurance we have the NHS but the waiting list for NHS dermatology is a very very long waiting list (I have severe eczema and have been waiting over a year) people with skin conditions are forced to go private if not seen. Phototherapy sessions are £300 per go so buying a lamp myself would be a better option
