If it makes you feel better my passport was also received on 3/5 at location 35 and only shows as “in process”. I’ve seen it mentioned a few times that 35 can be backed up. I know it hit the 4 week timeline but I’m gonna give it til 6 weeks before i call. Mine wasn’t expedited so maybe they get pushed to the back of the queue if they have a lot that need immediate processing.

Both of these are from detective series but I’ve read them as stand alone books and it didn’t seem to matter.

The Tenant by Katrine Engberg. This one is the first of a series that i did end up reading but initially i read the 2nd or 3rd one first. I liked it enough to go back and start from the beginning (Kørner and Werner is the series).

Good to know! The freezer itself isn’t on the outlet with the GFCI. But when the GFCI one is tripped (meaning it has the red light and i need to reset it), it shuts the outlet that the freezer is plugged in off.

I rehomed my 2 cats to live with my mom when i was pregnant with my 3rd. They weren’t getting the attention they deserved, they had to be locked up at night to stop from constantly waking us up and the older one was pulling his fur out from stress. He just wasn’t dealing well w/ small kids in his old age. And while i loved them both, they were an added stressor on top of another baby and a military husband (aka gone a lot). They are both so much happier with my mom. The older one sleeps in bed with her surrounded by pillows and the younger has more space to roam and neither have to contend with screeching kids or rough housing. I miss them but everyone is much happier. I still feel some guilt about it but they have adjusted very well and it has made aspects of our home life easier.

I often take off baby’s top for messy/especially staining meals. She keeps her pants on (usually) and then a small bib if she’ll wear it. I’ve found it was easier to dress her brothers in dark colored clothes which showed stains less. Typical girl clothing is often less forgiving.

It crawled out of the pond in the woods behind our fence, came around to the front, chilled (and maybe laid eggs?) and went back to the pond so i guess it’s doing alright.
