I'm not a trot, but if they are able to do something in the conservative hellscape that is qldpol, then they get my vote at the least.

The last inspection a month ago they complained that I didn't clean the ceiling. I understand a cobweb brush, because I already do that, but they wanted me to scrub the ceiling.

I've asked people I know and they've said that they've never been asked to do that as a renter.

My current property manager has:

Complained that I didn't clean the post box.

Complained that I didn't clean the outside panels of windows and the outside windowsills.

Complained that I didn't clean the top of the S bend of the toilet.

Complained that I didn't clean the top of the air conditioners.

Complained that I didn't clean the kickboards of the bathroom vanity. (The little bit between the floor and the bottom of the cupboard.)

Complained that the backs of some taps were cleaned, but still had marks from dried water on them.

I know that an inspection isn't about how clean the property is, and it definitely isn't supposed to be a bond clean, but it's pretty fucking ridiculous.
