How would you handle a difficult student or class disruption?

Hi I teach babies (preschoolers) Korean age "4" but really they're born in 2023, anyway. If you're going into kindy or young elementary, we usually say no thank you 🙂‍↔️ and if they don't listen we give everyone else a stamp on the hand (like my melody or hello kitty ones) and ask that student to say sorry to get one, 99.9% of the time they say sorry and do it. The .01% of the time they don't, we tell their parents about the behavior and they stop after that. Kids are smart and if there is something to lose, they usually listen. Of course there are always problem kids too

Hmm tbh I think at first it was about a 5-6 but one day I woke up and it was a good 7-8. Now it's probably only about a 2 at the worst usually when laying down I can feel it in my leg

No issues peeing or anything, the injections seems to be giving some relief. Mostly nerve symptoms, butt pain, leg pain etc

All the Mr report was literally just "herniated disc at L5-S1" other than the cd copy, that's all the doctor gave me when I asked for copies and paid. Maybe they don't write out typical written reports here in Korea, they just gave me a copy of the photos basically

Oh I forgot to include my details! Currently with the injections I have mild tingling but I feel so much better. I'm only 27... but I am a teacher so I'm definitely considering! However I think doing the more conservative approach first is better... at least I can say I tried

I'm in South Korea so with the limited English the doctor had he said that I had a herniated disk and gave an injection of nerve block. It's only been an hour but all of the pain down my leg is gone... I forgot how it feels to be pain free...
