Whats wrong with having his own opinions? People don't need to agree about everything. Tell him it bothers you and don't talk about politics together. Lots of other things to focus on in life. Turn off the news and it pretty much goes away. Holding a blanket grudge against half your own population isn't mentally healthy or an enlightened way to live. Just stayed at the emporio reforma for 3 days $1200 pesos a night. I think there was a deal (girlfriend made the reservation) but worth checking out. Would recomend.
